Duty Location: American Falls, Idaho, Emmett, Idaho, and Irwin, Idahohttps://www.usbr.gov/pn/about/hr/area-information.html Responsibilities Operate, maintain, and overhaul waterways equipment, such as discharge valves, spill/radial gates, stilling basins, and spillways; Operate/maintain domestic and irrigation water systems, including testing, system monitoring and documentation; take dam instrumentation readings; Measure and maintain snow survey sites and weather stations; and, Operate and maintain snowmobiles, ATV, and heavy equipment. Requirements Conditions of Employment You must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National. You must be suitable for federal employment, determined by a background investigation. You must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) at the time of application and is a condition of employment.
