Possess the skills to electrically and mechanically trouble shoot equipment. Ability to learn at a fast pace and become self-sufficient in a short amount of time.Complete projects/assignments safely and efficiently.Repairs machinery or mechanical equipment.Assist in maintaining repair parts inventory.Possess basic computer skills and assist in maintaining CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) records in accordance with QMS (Quality Management system) and ISO or FDA Accreditation systems.Trouble shoot and repair problems on molding machines, grinders, augers, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, hydraulic systems and support equipment.Performing work safely and in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards while evaluating and takes appropriate action to maintain a safe work environment with established standards and guidelines.Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and proceduresPerform sweeping, cleaning, sorting duties as necessary.Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred: 2-year degree in related fields
EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Preferred: Post-secondary maintenance training certifications and 3 years maintenance experience definitely a plus. Strong knowledge of industrial systems (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic), knowledge of Robotics including servos & vision system a plus
SKILLS:
Required: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds continuously throughout the shift. Work involves continuous lifting, bending, reaching and twisting. Strong commitment to safety a must, strong mechanical aptitude, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, self-motived, work with minimal supervision, good written & verbal communication skills, good work ethic, analytical in nature, strong problem solver, and good trouble shooting skills.

This position requires the cognitive and mental ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
