As a General Lamination, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the production of high-quality laminated products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a self-motivated attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: General Lamination
Location: Clare, MI
Pay Range: $15.50 per hour
Shift - 1st - 8 am to 4 pm
*overtime is scheduled prior to shift start time and can heavy
What's the Job?
Execute a variety of lamination procedures, including roll coater lamination. Assemble decks, sound shell panels, and pre-lam components. Ensure the safe and timely production of high-quality laminated products. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.What's Needed?
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly role. High School diploma or GED required. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and procedures.What's in it for me?
