Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our project teams by assisting with various tasks, including equipment handling, site preparation, and general labor duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and ensure clean equipment appearance.

Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging areas and equipment for each project.

Assist with production processes as directed by crew chiefs and technicians.

Adhere to all safety and risk management guidelines.

Communicate effectively with crew chiefs and other team members to maintain efficient production processes.

Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave the jobsite clean and orderly.

Position Requirements:

Essential Skills:

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.

Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.

Ability to work with and around cleaning products/chemicals.

Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.

 

Preferred:

IICRC certifications (a plus)

Pay Rate:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Based on experience, with the possibility of overtime pay and merit-based increases.

Job Type:

Full-time (8AM - 4:30PM)
