Job Responsibilities:

Reading, understanding, and following work instructions Ensuring the adjacent shift’s Operator/Packer is aware of job related responsibilities Weighing and packing product according to instructions Cleaning and maintaining the Press area assigned Ensuring Production Record is correct and completely filled out Disposal of scrap Reporting any problems/discrepancies to the crew leader, foreman or quality inspector Make boxes The job responsibilities listed are the essential functions of the position; management reserves the right to assign other tasks as necessary to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.

Qualifications, Experience and Requirements:

Able to follow verbal and written instructions. Able to work with minimal supervision. Must be available to work mandatory overtime on weekends. Must be willing to come in early and/or stay over to support vacation/call-off coverage. Available to work any shift: Able to lift 25lbs.
