**Hiring for Paint Line/General Laborer in Anoka, MN Pay $19-22/hr** **Job Description** The paint line production worker will be responsible for rotating between paint line loading, paint line unloading, and powder coating. The role involves spraying powder coat paint on metal parts and performing quality inspections to ensure the paint is applied smoothly. Will train!! **Responsibilities** + Rotate between paint line loading, paint line unloading, and powder coating. + Spray powder coat paint on metal parts. + Conduct quality inspections to ensure paint is applied smoothly. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of experience with painting, ideally powder coating. + Ability to lift 50 pounds. + Attention to detail for inspecting painted parts. + Ability to work well being self-motivated. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + General labor experience. + Experience with racking parts, loading, and unloading. **Candidates with any painting experience can apply; Our Aerotek Recruiters will call you soon!!** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.25/hr.
