Production Associate-Full Time 2nd or 3rd Shifts ONLY
Pay Rate:
$20.78 for the 1st 120-days; once qualified on job, rate increase ranging from $21.49 - $26.23
Sign on Bonus:
$500 after 30 days $500 after 6 months

Full-Time Fixed Shifts 8-12 hours per day Monday-Friday; Saturday and Sunday as needed ONLY AVAILABLE SHIFTS: 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm; 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am

The Job You Will Perform:
Assisting and following the directions of the machine operator Production machine set-up to produce quality products Maintaining work areas to plant standards of housekeeping Reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, instructions and procedure manuals, and maintain quality standards Utilizing basic math and read a tape measure Effectively communicate with both operators and managers to solve problems and actively participate in reducing waste Continuously stand, lift up to 50 lbs., work in various temperatures, and frequently twist and bend
The Skills You Will Bring:
The ability to work with minimal direct supervision to hit production goals The ability to place close attention to details and quality The ability to learn and follow instructions as well as ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team. The flexibility and willingness to transition to the Converting, Corrugator or Shipping department The ability to operate or train to operate a forklift The flexibility and willingness to work alternate shifts, weekends and daily overtime as required.
