Minimum Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 10 to 15 years’ experience working in Production Management Must have 3 to 5 years Managerial experience in a similar
position managing a team of more than 50 employees BSc Food Science | Food Technology or Relevant Tertiary Education will be advantageous Food | Fire | Health Safety Certification will be beneficial Excellent knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and HACCP Standards Must have Red Meat Processing Industry experience | Production and Deboning | Abattoir Costing Proficient in MS Office | Abaserve or Meat Matrix Minimum Code 10 Drivers’ License Essential | Code 14 will be advantageous Contactable References and Payslips required Salary Structure:
