Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assists in varying administrative matters; maintaining a wide variety of financial or other records. Verifies statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; and handling and adjusting complaints May also direct lower level clerks, positions above level IV excluded; which may include supervisory responsibilities using a thorough knowledge of an office’s work and routine Chooses among widely varying methods and procedures to process complex transactionsKnowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements
Must have high school diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years in an office environment Demonstrate strong skills in objective problem-solving and decision-making Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of software Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skillsWorking Conditions
Physical demands include intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional bending reaching and lifting.
