Our General Accounting Team plays a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting across our headquarters, factories, and various markets.

As a General Accounting Accountant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end general accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Your key focus areas will include period close, balance sheet reconciliations, periodic reporting, and accounting treatments for new initiatives. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of two legal entities (RC SAS & RC France), covering 10+ MOEs, 500+ balance sheet accounts, and 200+ intercompany partners.

What are we looking for?

You are fluent in French and English, ensuring effective communication across teams.

You have at least 4 years of experience in accounting or a closely related field.

You hold a DCG or DSCG (or equivalent), with a solid foundation in general accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation.

You have a strong customer focus, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

You take initiative and assess risks effectively to support sound financial decision-making.

You are a proactive problem-solver, always looking for ways to optimize processes and bring innovative solutions.

You are naturally curious, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.

What would be your key responsibilities?

Ensure Accounting Accuracy & Compliance

Deliver accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) in 1NAV, HFM, Helios.

Execute period close, reconciliations (Blackline), and year-end processes.

Manage complex transactions (leases, manufacturing, intercompany) and resolve discrepancies.

Ensure internal controls (ICE) and maintain clean master data.

Optimize Processes & Drive Efficiency

Improve accounting workflows, set KPIs, and lead efficiency initiatives.

Ensure GA tools and systems (1NAV, Power BI, automation) function properly. Provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Manage Stakeholders & Reporting

Ensure service excellence, manage SLAs, and drive process improvements. Provide key reporting for internal teams, auditors, and global finance.

Develop Expertise & Adaptability

Act as a GA Subject Matter Expert, share best practices, and maintain documentation.

Implement new regulations, reporting requirements, and integrate new businesses.

Stay agile, adapt to changes, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
