Network operations Manager

Location : Irvine CA ( 100% onsite )

Roles and responsibilities :-

• Manage and optimize network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.

• Design and implement cloud network solutions using Cisco Meraki, GCP Networking, and/or AWS Networking.

• Provide expertise in GCP Networking / AWS Networking to support cloud-based initiatives.

• Utilize Terraform and Ansible for network automation and infrastructure as code.

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of WiFi, Switching & Routing Cisco, and Networking solutions.-

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements.

• Ensure network security by implementing best practices and staying up-to-date with the latest security trends.

• Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.

• - Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications

- Must have expertise in GCP Networking and/or AWS Networking.

- Must have experience in Terraform and Ansible

- Must have strong experience in WiFi, Switching & Routing Cisco, and Networking.

- Should have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Nice to have experience in network security best practices.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 2/25/2025

The Salary for this position will be 99,000 – 130,000 Base yearly depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
