ERP Rebuild program is a critical Syensqo initiative that will change the way we all work.
It aims to deliver to Syensqo a set of simple, standard, and integrated business processes and data, enabled by the latest technologies and a robust organizational change management and training.
The program will use the latest available technology, from automation to machine learning, with the goal of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the business and make Syensqo “future ready”.
It will also provide real time reporting to enable quick and informed decision making, for which data quality and robust and seamless integration are vital.

We are looking for:
a GBS (Global Business Services) Readiness Lead acting as the primary liaison between GBS and ERP Rebuild Program to ensure comprehensive organizational readiness for the transition to new end-to-end business processes and the ERP S/4 HANA system. While project teams deliver specific components, the GBS Readiness Lead maintains a holistic view, identifying and addressing any gaps in readiness across GBS’s people, processes, data and technology; and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve these gaps for a seamless go-live.

Readiness tracking and risk mitigation:
Monitor GBS readiness, identify gaps, and develop remediation strategies, across all dimensions that require GBS involvement (e.g. Resourcing, Change and communication, Data cleansing, External Party Readiness, Business Continuity, Rampdown/Rampup).
Readiness network:
Establish and manage a network of business readiness resources within GBS for effective coordination and execution of business readiness actions.
Readiness reporting:
Establish regular connections with stakeholders to review progress against readiness criteria for their area, issues, risks and support required. Develop and present regular GBS Readiness Status Reports, in line with the ERP Program guidelines set by the Program’s Global Business Readiness Lead; feeding the monthly Steerco Readiness Dashboard.
Stakeholder alignment
Engage stakeholders on the purpose and requirements for business readiness and any areas requiring their support or intervention.
Go-live preparation
Collaborate with the project team to orchestrate business engagement before, during and after go-live, synchronizing timelines, coordinating critical activities, and implementing contingency plans to ensure smooth system adoption.
You will bring:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience of minimum 15 years in project management, readiness assessments and go-live preparations for large-scale systems implementations (ERP, particularly SAP S/4HANA). Certification in project management or related fields is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey vision, manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across teams at senior levels of an organisation. Risk management and problem-solving skills to assess business impacts, identify dependencies and address potential issues prior to go-live. Fluent in English (both written & spoken)Nice to-have :
Proven experience managing or supporting back office functions within a Global Business Services environment, including process design, service delivery, ensuring compliance and driving operational efficiency.
