Wickenburg Ranch Golf and Social Club  is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Gate Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.      General Purpose: Ensures safety and security of members and employees of facility.     Essential Duties: Observes persons entering, exiting, or loitering in or around facilities and responds to security related complaints from residents, members, guests, and employees.   Conducts routine walk-arounds of the property at scheduled and random times. Ensures that doors are locked and property is secure. Responds to accidents, thefts, property loss, and unlawful activities.  Documents details and advises management.  Maintains logs and reports of all related activities.  Provides security coverage for special events programs. Enforces all rules and regulations set forth by facility. Identifies and corrects any safety hazards.   Performs light maintenance duties including but not limited to: changing locks and light bulbs.  Regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as required.   Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Driver’s License, CPR and First Aid Training.
