Temporary position$18.00 /hourFull Time and Part Time work availableWeekend work requiredVarious shifts available (Sunday through Saturday)Provide excellent customer service and assist with product selection in the garden center.Water plants according to specific instructions from garden management.Unload, organize, and stock incoming plant and product deliveries.Maintain a clean and safe workspace by sweeping, organizing displays, and removing hazards.Assist customers in loading soil, mulch, rocks, and other heavy items into their vehicles.Work in all weather conditions — sun, rain, or snow — with proper gear.Stay busy and helpful during downtime by completing assigned tasks and keeping the garden center tidyGarden Center Associate Qualifications:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather.Must be able to communicate clearly in English.Friendly, eager-to-help attitude and strong work ethic.Able to stay on task and take initiative during slow periods.Flexible with shift times and schedule changes.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
