The RBS Future leaders & Sales training program is an accelerated path. You begin in an entry-level position and progress by meeting milestones. It is designed to prepare you for a future in leadership and sales at RBS. You will gain exposure in all aspects of supply chain management.  You will be guided throughout the program by a senior level experienced mentor.

Hourly 24-26/hr. to start. You will learn the skills to build a 6-figure salary.

Responsibilities

Job Description

 

Participate in and successfully complete all components of the established program (including on-line, projects, assignments, OTJ training, classroom training, meetings, and more). You will be given an executive level mentor, subject matter experts, and facility managers to guide you throughout. Candidates will have the unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in each level of the supply chain. This includes but is not limited to customer service, hardware, inventory, sales, purchasing, estimating, employee relations, marketing, warehousing, distribution, and more. 

Qualifications At least one (1) year experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position. Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc. Willingness to travel regionally for job opportunities.
