As an Analyst within the Future Derivatives Clearing Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering client transactional support functions for the Futures & Options (F&O) business. You will focus on day to day Client Service controls, supporting F&O clients and help the firm grow its business in a responsible way by using your expertise in Derivative operations and servicing, anticipating new products in the market and using your expert judgement to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, customers and communities.

Job Responsibilities:

Be the end to end owner of the F&O trade and support processes, coordinating all aspects of Operations Service delivery/training to the client Partner with client to understand business and service needs. Validate client requirements vs service offered and implement support processes  Review Client specific quality MIS and key performance indicators (KPI), feedback to client and resolve issues. Be responsible for managing and maintaining client BAU activity (mainly T and T+1 based) Perform T+1 Client Exception Capture / Matching and trade input

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking Operations / F&O Operations / Client Servicing within the financial services industry is required Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Prior experience with Alteryx and Macro is highly preferred
