Job Description:
This position aims to serve the supply chain process of fuselage equipping A320/A321/bring supply chain management value to Airbus fuselage equipping production in China. We recruit all diverse profiles. ACCOUNTABILITY The job-holder is accountable to manage all Fuselage Equipping Front Office Free Issue Parts and MCA related activities, this including: On time delivery of flyable materials (FIP, free stock and secondary flow) On site logistic management (Hospital stock, direct shipment good receipt) Return flow (flyable materials and reusable packing) Support tooling management Main activities. Coordination of Free issue Parts (FIP) primary supply between Hamburg & Montoir de Bretagne logistic hubs and FET/XAT Management of FIP secondary flow in close contact with Hamburg & Montoir de Bretagne Back Offices and with XAT and validation of transportation means (Air, Sea or Train freight) according with allocated budget (ATP submission required from HO Fuselage equipping when above allocated budget) Coordination of rejected FIP returns to Airbus Plants and of MCA protections Coordination of direct shipments from suppliers with Quality (incoming inspection) and service provider. Coordination of all FIP and MCA supply, transport & logistics topics encountered in Tianjin during delivery to XAT, during storage into XAT Logistic center and during equipping process (ordering of missing or damaged parts), in close contact with, Logistics and Transport Cargo (4PL), Hamburg & Montoir de Bretagne Back Offices and XAT and up to resolution Issuance of FIP transportation Purchase Request (PR), Purchase Order (PO) and Good Receipt (GR) on behalf of ATFAC into SAP-PCH Coordination of MCA protections noria between Plants Hamburg & Montoir de Bretagne, XAT and ATFAC in relation with central Logistics and transport teams (Oversize Transport) Coordination of logistics flows between XAT and ATFAC (parts, jigs and tools, any protections, trolleys)Coordination for FIP Transportation reusable Media return to Europe betweenXAT, Transportation reusable media supplier and Back-office Coordination for FIP Transportation reusable Media on necessary Changes, evolutions, new packaging between Logistics and Transport back-office and Transportation reusable media supplier Based on XAT inputs, an update in Airbus System of the Material received and booked into the XAT stock. Work in close contact with the Logistic & Transport Quality Manager for resolution of curative and corrective actions plan, for root cause analysis of damages and of losses that may occur. Support IT administrative tasks of Non conformity into Airbus System (with XAT support for documentation of NC) Participate and/or implement continuous improvements. Contribute to robust Logistics & Transport processes and necessary updates and Evolutions Contribute to updates for Logistics and Transport aspects of the SLA between Back-Office and Front-Office This position may work in early or late shifts. QUALIFICATION EDUCATION: with bachelor's degree, in supply chain, logistics or equivalent major. EXPERIENCE: >5 year experience in the same or equivalent domain. CERTIFICATION: N/A LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and speaking. French and German are a plus. KNOWLEDGE/TECHNICAL SKILLS: Business Administration + specialization in material management and logistics management or equivalent.Airbus processes & tools such as SAP, PPS. ABILITIES: Proven leadership experience and the ability to deal with various departments and various different levels of suppliers.
