Our client in the Retail Industry is looking to hire a Sales Consultant.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Consistently achieve sales targets.
· Ensure high level customer satisfaction by providing excellent sales and after sales service.
· Assisting clients by giving valuable advice on products, fabrics, accessories, and identifying and meeting a customer’s needs.
· Maximise sales opportunities by following up with existing customers.
· Act as a single point of contact for customer questions, stock enquiries and efficient product tracking for delivery.
· Sales related administration
· Assisting in keeping the showroom neat and tidy
Requirements and Skills
· Minimum education level: Matric.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail.
· Good retail skills.
· Must be fluent in Afrikaans.
· Computer literacy: Microsoft Office.
· Previous background of in a customer facing environment in sales, admin and retail would be advantageous.
· Positive, enthusiastic, proactive attitude.
· Excellent communication and networking skills.
· Take responsibility for their work.
