As a Fundraising Coordinator for clothing drives, travel within market and territory is required, some out of market travel may be necessary. Competitive pay, attainable bonus incentives, healthcare benefits, PTO and more! 

Other essential responsibilities Include: 

Develop prospect lists, cultivate relationships (not limited to) schools, churches, PTO/PTA’s, sportsMeet targets and objectives established by the Fundraising DirectorEducate communities about the clothing drive program, recycling, and sustainable practiceOrganize fundraising campaigns and celebrate the team's achievements Work collaboratively with local school districts, churches and non-profits Speak at booster club meetings, PTO/PTA’s, schools, churches, non-profits Document daily activity and confirmed clothing drives into CRM, work with clothing drive team to ensure execution 75-100 contacts per week including: visits, voicemail, phone, email, text and video calls 16 plus new drives per month average after 26 weeks trainingAttend bi-weekly teleconference call/sales-meeting with Sales DirectorCold call to solicit clothing drives in territory using associated demographic mapSubmit weekly reports Ensure all clients have linked to our social media, provided feedback of drive and recommendations

Education, Experience, Training Required:

High School diploma or equivalent and some college Previous fundraising and or sales experience Non-profit, booster club, or PTO/PTA experience a plus Valid driver’s license reliable
