Role

Reorg’s Fundamentals Analyst program seeks to provide a gateway into a long-term career in finance and asset management for hard working, intellectually curious and motivated candidates. Models built on the Fundamentals platform are used by our clients for monitoring and evaluating company performance and credit metrics of private debt issuers. You will receive instruction in concepts such as financial statement analysis, valuation frameworks, accounting, capital structure analysis, company and industry analysis, credit market ratios, restructuring scenarios and capital markets activity / theory. You will contribute to a collaborative and action-oriented team environment.

Responsibilities Prepare detailed financial models (including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Capital Structure, Relative Performance metrics and Ratio Analysis) Build and maintain a coverage universe of financial models that are updated quarterly and for key events  Prepare and review flash analysis for the Fundamentals coverage universe  Participate in ad hoc projects to improve the quality of the data set and product  Contribute to continuous improvement by providing inputs on our data products and your daily work flows such that we can continue to evolve and improve Requirements  Graduates with degrees in economics, accounting or finance  An ability to interpret financial statements to evaluate business performance and understand the relationship between business drivers and financial performance, including the ability to model out these relationships quantitatively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the tenacity to resolve complex issues Strong interest in credit market or financial markets in general Desire to learn and apply your newly acquired skills to grow professionally and personally CFA is a plus

As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.

The salary estimate for this position is $67,000.

The actual compensation will be at Reorg’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
