The Performance Business Transformation team is responsible for expedited onboarding of asset owner and asset manager clients from a legacy internal platform to an external platform. The team is also responsible for providing an overview and analysis of portfolio performance to institutional clients such as investment managers and superannuation funds. 

As a Fund Servicing Manager within the Transformation and Performance Optimization team, you will collaborate with various internal stakeholders across our global sites. Your expertise in performance, attribution, and analytics products will be crucial, particularly for our institutional clients. This role provides an excellent opportunity to significantly contribute to our business transformation process.

Job responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive performance analysis of investment portfolios, including attribution analysis, benchmarking and performance measurement against objectives.Develop and maintain performance and risk reporting frameworks, dashboards and models to provide timely and accurate reporting to clients.Establish and maintain relationships with vendor and internal management/front line staffPartner with performance operations to understand client behavior where requiredPossess business-level understanding of platform functions (legacy and external)Work independently as well as on a team to verify performance/risk analytics at multiple levels across platforms using available toolingInterpret and write commentary on functional testing resultsIdentify, document, and resolve production issues pre and post migrationParticipate in the implementation of performance measurement and risk analytics systems and tools, including data validation and testing.Provide concise client migration status updates and assist with prioritizationPresent findings, outcomes, and solutions at stakeholder meetings

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Bachelor’s degree graduate in banking or business managementMinimum of 10 years’ working experience Minimum of 5 years working with market leading performance, attribution and analytics software platforms e.g. FactsetMinimum of 5 years’ experience in performance analysis, risk analytics, or investment analytics within the financial services industryStrong analytical skills with knowledge of investment products, asset classes and financial marketsUnderstanding of systems/software development lifecycleProficiency with office productivity softwarePositive attitude with a willingness to work hard and be on a steep learning curveAttention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving ability
