We are seeking a highly skilled Functional MS Dynamics CRM Consultant with expertise in analyzing and optimizing business processes, including Finance, Operations, and Trade Logistics. As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between customer requirements and technological solutions, leveraging your deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics FO D365 to deliver impactful outcomes.

Location:    London with flexibility to travel to other customer sites if                               required

The Role:

Analyze business processes to map As-Is and To-Be workflows and identify workarounds to minimize custom code. Understand functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality within Dynamics FO D365. Identify customer requirements and align them with Microsoft’s technological roadmap and continuous release plans. Leverage deep functional knowledge of Trade Logistics within Microsoft Dynamics FO D365 to provide tailored solutions. Develop customized solutions to address complex business problems effectively. Produce clear and detailed documentation for functional designs, requirements, and solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders and provide consultancy to support business objectives and project goals.

What you will bring:

Extensive years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 FO Completed 4 end-2-end Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 FO projects Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics FO D365 capabilities, including Trade Logistics Specialization in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Integration, or Security is highly desirable Proven track record in developing and implementing customized solutions Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred Strong consultancy and communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities. Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
