A Functional Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst is to work with various departments within our organization. Drive identity and access control initiatives to support policies, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
You will belong to our Cyber Security Engineering unit and be a part of our IAM Center of Excellence team.
This position involves working closely with stakeholders and IAM teams. Gathering requirements and translate them into IAM functions for implementation. Your role will focus on providing expertise and guidance to various business units. You will also get to collaborate with and focus on different aspects of IAM, e.g. analyst, engineer, and administrator.
Key Responsibilities :
Work with stakeholders to identify and document new requirements for the IAM system. Identify opportunities for improving the IAM strategy, policies and processes Coach other members of the organization on the best practices that should be followed in identity and access management. Collaborate with IAM teams to analyze how new requirements impact existing systems and processes, identifying potential risks and challenges.Assess and document IAM processes and procedures to ensure they comply with company policies and security standards.Maintain and update IAM documentation, including user manuals and policies.QualificationsTo be successful in the role as a Functional IAM analyst, we believe you are a strong driver for IAM process change and implementation initiatives. You have a high attention to details and accuracy in documentation. We also believe that you can manage and prioritize multiple administrative tasks simultaneously and to analyze complex requirements and develop effective solutions.
What your need to succeed:
2+ years of experience working in IAM solutions with a more administrative focus that concentrates on processes and administration rather than technical details.Experience with Saviynt as an IGA tool or with other similar tools Application of Identity Governance Administration processes Application of cyber security principles such as Least Privilege and Separation of Duties Atlassian knowledge, Jira and Confluence.Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and teams.Good to have:
Experience in creating and maintaining documentation describing new requirements, implementation plans, and changes in the IAM environment. Experience in planning and executing projects, including requirements gathering, development, and implementation.Additional InformationThis is a fulltime permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement.
