Senior Technical Advisor (Remote Position)
Title: Senior Technical Advisor (Remote Position) KBR is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Technical Advisor for the Training and Education Command (TECOM) Integration Center (TIC), you will be assisting with the planning, analysis, design, and development of training solutions in support of the Marine Corps TECOM Live Virtual Constructive Training Environment (LVC-TE) Project Tripoli enterprise supporting Project Tripoli's Live, Virtual, Constructive Training Environment (LVC-TE). This is a remote position with at least 30% travel to Quantico, VA. Role and Responsibilities: + Identify key stakeholders, engage champions, and facilitate organizational change through technical cross-functional teams. + Lead organizational change initiatives based on strategic objectives. + Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, resulting in increased collaboration and effectiveness. + Manage technical project management from concept development through execution and analysis. + Develop and motivate high-performing teams, managing time-sensitive and high-visibility projects. + Deliver high-quality outcomes within required deadlines, leveraging excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Expand the company’s marketing presence by fostering strategic partnerships with key government and industry organizations. + Design and execute training environments to increase unit readiness and end-user performance. + Secure competitive contracts by aligning business solutions with stakeholder requirements, increasing client retention and long-term growth potential. + Work closely with senior leadership to develop and direct channel distribution strategies. + Provide tactical and technical expertise across multiple simulation systems. + Assist with the development and maintenance of Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) systems and simulations to support training and operational objectives. Basic Qualifications: + BS/BA degree and 15+ years of related experience. + In lieu of a BS/BA degree, 20+ years’ of related experience would be acceptable. + 5+ years of supervisory or leadership or program management experience + 10+ years’ experience in United States Marine Corps (USMC) and/or Department of Defense (DoD) operations, training, and/or exercise planning + Experience in developing, delivering and managing training programs + Security Clearance: Top Secret / SSBI Preferred Qualifications: + Technical expertise and knowledge in one or more of the following: + Marine Command and Control System (MACCS) + Supporting Arms Virtual Trainer (SAVT) + Deployable Virtual Training Environment (DVTE) + MAGTF Tactical Warfare Simulation (MTWS) + Combat Convoy Simulator (CCS) + Joint Range Extension (JRE) + Intelligence Operations Server + Joint Tactical Common Operational Picture Workstation (JTCW) + Blue Force Tracker (BFT) + Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) + Aviation Distributed Virtual Training Environment (ADVTE) Scheduled Weekly Hours: + 40 hours/week Salary Range: $133,500 - $200,200 The salary range posted is based on the national average. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
