For one of our subsidiaries, we are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our HR Information Systems (HR IS) team and contribute to our ambitious projects.
Your Role:
As a Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and improving our HR information systems.
Your main responsibilities include:
System Management: Support developing and maintaining our HR systems, focusing on among others Cornerstone and SuccessFactors. Technical Support: Support HR team members, competence management leads and line managers. Training & Documentation: Prepare and deliver user training and create comprehensive documentation for system users. Process Optimization: Analyze HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate HR team requirements into functional specifications. Collaboration: Work closely with the IT and HR departments to ensure smooth integration of systems and data. Data Analysis: Create insightful reports for our stakeholders with the help of PowerBI to support decision-making. Project Participation: Contribute to HR projects, from planning and implementation to evaluation. Vendor Management: Assist in managing relationships with external partners and suppliers.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who brings a mix of technical skills and HR affinity.
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Experience with HR systems such as Cornerstone and SuccessFactors (preferred). A strong interest in HR and a results-driven mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and PowerBI. Languages: Proficient in Dutch, French and English. A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
Work Environment:
Location: Primarily based at ENGIE Tower Brussels (Boulevard Simón Bolívar 36, 1000 Brussels), with occasional work at the Nuclear Power Plants in Doel and Tihange.
Remote Work: 2 days per week of work-from-home flexibility.
