Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical and business process/data advice to support ongoing operations and new software development. Each day, you will utilize your knowledge on systems, procedures, and emerging technologies. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing the development, and validating the functionality, of the final product.The work model for the role is hybrid #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the IS Services in Bangalore.You will be mainly accountable for:• Translate business requirements to develop functional specifications and wireframe for analytics solutions• Identify and sharpen the business need, provide knowledge of business processes, and help to identify and to understand relevant data and define how results should be evaluated.• Facilitate business requirements gathering discussions/ workshops• Supports the Business Partner in the qualification of the business request for assigned service(s). • Create detailed user stories that is well understood both by clients and technical/development team. Create detailed functional specification document.• Collaborate with Project Managers, technical teams, developers to ensure clear understanding and translation of business requirements.

Qualifications for the role

9+ years of hands-on experience with the SAP SD module and Salesforce functionalities, including their integrations. Strong technical expertise in Salesforce and SAP SD, with a solid understanding of business processes and system configurations Degree in engineering Proficiency in English language (written and spoken) Able to work on own initiative and as a team player. Good organizational skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity
