Job Title: Fullstack Engineer

Location: Pune, India

About This Role:

Comscore is looking for a new fullstack engineer who will build complex, large-scale client applications and large distributed systems that collect, aggregate, transform and distribute data for further analysis. Some roles develop components that run on PCs or mobile devices and collect large volumes of user behavioral data through reverse engineering.
More senior roles design, coordinate and implement product development initiatives, provide strategic leadership, and ensure the designs and development of world-class system capability.

What You’ll Do:

Be responsible for entire projects; involved in software design; take full responsibility for assigned project and be responsible for meeting set deadlinesHandle complex data structures and multi-threadingMentor and train new team membersMay have limited external client interactionInvolved in software designCoding reflects SOLID design principles and use design patterns where appropriateTroubleshoot coding problems; build corrections and enhancements into the systemsParticipate in code reviews and give actionable feedbackBuild productive internal business relationships

What You’ll Need:

2 - 5 years application development experienceAble to collaborate across multiple teamsExperience with Perl5 Object Oriented designEmberJS, AngluarJS or similar framework experience a plusAble to self-motivated and work independentlyWillingness to learn and become an expert in assigned areaAble to seek and provide constructive feedbackAble to research new tool methods and techniques to improve functionality and enhance productivity

Shift Timing:

The regular hours for this position will cover a combination of business hours in the US and India –

typically 2:30pm-11pm IST. Occasionally, later hours may be required for meetings with teams in other

parts of the world. Additionally, for the first 4-6 weeks of onboarding and training, US Eastern time

hours (IST -9:30) may be required.
