36 hour, 3x12, day shiftThe Operating Room Registered Nurse role is now eligible for a $15,000 sign on bonus. Important Details: Bonuses are paid out in 3 payments: the first payment after 30 days of hire, the second payment after 6 months of hire, and the final payment after 12-months of hire. To be eligible, you must be a non-BILH employee or a previous eligible employees who returns to BILH after 1 year. Previous employees returning within 1-Year are eligible for a retention bonus. Employee must be in good standing to receive the bonus at the time of payment. All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes. This program is subject to change at any point.

Qualifications:
Nursing Diploma or ASN, BSN preferred
Current Massachusetts registered Nurse license required.
3 years relevant OR experience
CNOR and EHR experience preferred
Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification required
American Heart Association ACLS certification preferred
Demonstrate critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
Lifting 75 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs
