In this role you will learn the regulations and requirements of medical device companies regarding post market surveillance, lead different performance improvement projects, and act independently as a representative for multiple teams to respond to both internal and external inquiries. **Your role:** + Build capabilities and knowledge in the Post Market Surveillance space with an emphasis on data analysis and continuous improvement projects. + Learning and understanding the different aspects of Post Market Surveillance work, including regulations and requirements of medical device companies + Leading performance improvement projects that impact quality and timeliness of work within the Post Market Surveillance space + Acting as the primary representative for the Complaints Handling and Vigilance Reporting teams for data inquiries or data driven projects + Independently analyzing and presenting data to cross functional groups within Philips' organization + Independently collaborating with cross functional teams to respond to requests from global competent authorities + Evaluating both current workflows and methods of gathering data to identify potential gaps and suggest future best practices + Managing multiple different projects with competing timelines, as well as stakeholder expectations + You will work in two different roles within 2 to 2,5 years and besides your daily activities you will be supported in developing leadership skills. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   Details about our benefits can be found here.
