As a Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in developing high-performance applications that support thousands of users daily. Working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will contribute to building scalable, robust, and distributed systems while gaining hands-on experience with Cloud, Kubernetes, and AI-driven tooling. Your work will directly impact mission-critical business operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, scalability, and seamless user experiences.

What you’ll do as a Full-Stack Engineer

Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications used by our large customer experience team.

Build and optimize complex distributed systems and APIs that power core business workflows.

Ensure high availability and reliability of our systems through performance tuning and best engineering practices.

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, covering functionality with unit, integration, and performance tests.

Investigate and debug production issues, optimize system performance, and ensure smooth operations.

Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and architectural decisions, contributing to a culture of excellence.

Stay at the forefront of technology by exploring and implementing emerging trends in full-stack development.

What you’ll bring

3+ years of experience in C#/.NET development with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles.

2+ years of experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or Vue.

Experience building distributed systems and working with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Good understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and scalability challenges.

Experience writing and maintaining comprehensive test suites, including unit, integration, performance (load testing), and end-to-end (E2E) testing to ensure software quality and reliability.

Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills, with experience profiling and optimizing application performance.

Good level of verbal and written English for clear communication within a global team.
