Currently we are looking for a Full Stack Application Developer 3 to join our Platform Development team.
What you will be doing Translate basic, moderate-risk solution designs into working code with oversight from team members; apply team standards in solution developmentSafeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the company's internal systems and data by following company security protocolsMaintain and support developed solutionsAssist with planning, prioritizing and estimating incoming workCommunicate and gain approval from team members on developed solutions; revise and modify as necessaryCreate, maintain and update documentation of project code and processes following standards set forth by the teamMigrate solutions into production environmentsDevelop and execute unit and integration testingTrain and support end-users requests on developed solutionsCollaborate with other areas of the business in the development of solutionsProvide input on how to improve team standards What will make you successful Strong English skills;min. B2 levelProficient knowledge of C#, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, IIS, and Visual StudioPrevious experience as an Application Developer; at least 5 yearsExperience with web developmentGood coding skillsKnowledge of web-server functionalityOr an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the jobGood oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tactGood organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skillsGood collaboration skills, applied successfully within teamGood interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of departmentGood facilitation and project management skillsGood attention to detailAble to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentGood ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tactAbility to work independently and in a team environmentHyland’s Offering
