Read on. *What you'll do in the role:* -Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives. -Interact regularly with team members and occasionally leadership on a range of topics. -Implementation and design, development of components with a path to ownership. -Participation in Design and code reviews -Knowledge sharing with our global team. -Experience in working with agile practice *What you'll bring to the role:* -Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders. -Experienced understanding of business line and discipline. -Candidates with either a bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, preferrable computer science -Distributed hand-on technical lead with 3 - 5 years’ experience in leading technical teams in multiple onshore and offshore locations. -Good Analytical and problem solving skills with proven experience in analyzing database program either with or without help from database developer -Good Communication and team player skills, ability to work as part of a team developing various aspects of the application such as UI, mid-tier services, and database. -Proven track record of quality deliverables while meeting deadlines by close coordination with various teams such as business, QA, UAT, Operations, application support group, and infrastructure -Experience in integrating with multiple vendor products, record keepers, using REST web service or any other formats -Proven experience with at least 2-3 years in managing order generation, execution, post-order processing across Wealth Management products such as Insurance, Annuities, Alternative Investment, Mutual Funds, and etc. -Experience in performance tuning, code profiling, code review, hands on experience using Best Patterns and Practices At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role. *What you can expect from Morgan Stanley:* We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 85 years.
