Full Count Customer Account Specialist

Provide excellent customer service to Syngenta Full-Count program clients. Assist with managing orders, from starting the order to coordinating with third-party greenhouses, and ensure the seedlings are shipped to the final customer smoothly.

Duties:

Enter customer orders and create seed transfers and plant production orders using SAP.Track delivery confirmations with transplant producers to verify delivery status and speed up invoicing.Communicate with customers about plant availability, pricing, order confirmations, and delivery status.Create, enter, and maintain SAP production orders for consigned seed and transplant inventories and deliveries.Enter and manage transplant producer orders, addressing overages and shortages based on field inspections.Build strong relationships and trust with customers.Ensure a high level of customer service within the team.

Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply planning, ideally within the seed industry.Excellent communicative abilities and a team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.Well-developed analytical and commercial skills, complemented by strong organizational capabilities.Familiarity with planning cycles, sales cycles, production processes, and sales operations.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.Excellent focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.
