Description We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in San Rafael, California. This role involves auditing and managing our accounting function, working in a high-paced environment. The position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee all accounting functions • Operate and maintain computerized accounting systems • Conduct cash flow analysis and prepare annual budgets • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel for financial tasks • Work with ADP - Financial Services and Great Plains (GPAC) • Ensure accuracy in all accounting and bookkeeping tasks. Requirements • Must have a minimum of one year experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role • QuickBooks Desktop experience required • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is required • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must • Experience with Computerized Accounting Systems is necessary • Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) is needed • Should have good command over Microsoft Excel • Ability to handle all Accounting Functions is crucial • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is required • Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed • Have the ability to prepare and manage Annual Budget • Must be capable of performing Cash Flow Analysis Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
