Description We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to become a part of our construction/contractor industry team, based in Lynnwood, Washington. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be entrusted with the management of our company's accounting, assuring financial records are accurate and in line with regulations. Responsibilities: • Oversee the functioning of accounts payable and receivable • Carry out reconciliation of bank statements • Conduct processing of company payroll • Generate detailed financial reports • Ensure maintenance and accuracy of the general ledger • Offer assistance with budgeting activities • Participate in preparation for tax season • Conduct financial analysis when required • Employ the use of accounting software systems effectively • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions.
