Description We are seeking a professionally dedicated and highly detail-oriented full-charge bookkeeper to manage and keep track of our company's financial data. As an integral part of our accounting team, the Full Charge Bookkeeper plays a lead role in preparing financial reports, managing payroll, verifying transactions, resolving accounting discrepancies, and ensuring legal compliance. Responsibilities: + Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. + Classify, record, and summarize the numerical and financial data to compile and maintain financial records. + Facilitate and manage payroll functions. + Complete bank and other account reconciliations. + Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries. + Assist with debt payments and manage accounts receivable and payable. + Follow company procedures to maintain accounting files. + Help with tax return preparation. + Ensure legal compliance by keeping up to date with legal requirements, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing reports, and advising management on needed actions.
