Description + Manages all day-to-day financial operations and accounting tasks + Responsible for journal entries to financial statement preparation + Handles general ledger, cash management, and bank reconciliations + Processes payroll and handles company deposits + Generates financial statements and manages the balance sheet + Proficient in accounting software and has strong mathematical skills + Understands Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail + Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling financial information + Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field typically required Requirements + Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field + Proven work experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role + Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles + Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet programs + In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) + Attention to detail and accuracy in work + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information + Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively + Excellent organizational and time-management skills + Good verbal and written communication skills. + Experience in QuickBooks and Excel required.
