\nWHAT YOU WILL DO
\nAs the Fulfilment and Provisioning Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading our provisioning team, fostering a highly engaged and productive team culture. You will ensure that all service level agreement (SLA) targets are met, while driving process improvements and managing stock control. Your leadership will be vital in training new team members and enhancing overall team performance.
\nDuties and Responsibilities:
\n\nLead and manage the provisioning team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.\nMeet SLA targets and generate reports accordingly.\nDevelop and implement training plans for associates, measuring their progress and effectiveness.\nDrive continuous process improvement with measurable results.\nManage order queues and escalations, prioritizing urgent requests.\nConduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate stock control.\nCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.\nABOUT YOU

\nTo be successful in this role, you will be equipped with:
\n\n5+ years of experience in provisioning/fulfilment and logistics, preferably in a growing enterprise environment.\n3+ years in a leadership/management role.\nStrong communication skills with attention to detail.\nAbility to build successful working relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.\nExperience with SAP is beneficial.\n\n
