The Fulfillment Coordinator’s primary responsibilities will be to receive shipping requests from office personnel, ensure requests are accurate and complete, pack and seal shipments leaving the company’s Outbound Shipping Department. They must create all shipping labels for both domestic and international shipments. They must ensure that all dangerous goods shipments adhere to Domestic and International regulations. They may have to use scanners, computers, and scales and is responsible for answering customer questions and fielding requests.
This position requires onsite work in Mississauga, Canada.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming shipments and enter into receiving logVerify domestic and international shipments for proper dangerous goods adherenceAssemble and fill boxes and other cartons with items that need to be shippedPrepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needsAffix proper paperwork to each package in preparation for international shippingTrack and manage incoming deliveries, notifying customers and delivering packages to customers’ desks, if requiredAble to navigate our internal programs and other online shipping systemsUse the internal programs to manage all outgoing international shipments and communicate with customersCreate international invoices using the Global Trade Management System and send them to Global Trade Compliance for approvalUse the system to ensure that all items have valid part numbersBuild skids for larger, freight shipmentsMaintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as neededPartner with global trade compliance to resolve shipping issues

High School Diploma or GED1+ years’ experience in fullfillment operationsPreferred Qualifications:
