We are hiring immediately for Fuel Scheduler a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

The Fuel Scheduler role focuses on managing fuel requirements, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring safety and efficiency. Key tasks include planning refueling schedules, handling POs, monitoring fuel levels, and liaising with suppliers and internal teams. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

What you’ll do

Responsible for the management of customer refueling requirements, calculation of fuel usage, refuel schedules, and responding to low fuel ARM alerts.Liaises with internal and external fuel suppliers for fuel deliveries and fuel collections when required.Arranges fuel deliveries with suppliers, including PO creation and related admin processes. Ensures all fuel charges are recharged to customers.Responsible for the monitoring of customer fuel levels, coordinating customer refueling requirements through the life of the hire.Coordination of fueling upon delivery, where equipment has been transported empty, and for fuel draining/pump outs in preparation for equipment collection.Liaises with operations, sales and customer service in the planning and communication of fuel deliveries. Document control ensuring appropriate documentation has been recorded and saved

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Preferable to have relevant experience in the supply of operational service, with the supply of fuel including the calculation of fuel requirements PC literary in a Microsoft environment and ERP system ie. SalesforceProven acute attention to detail Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced stressful environment Skilled at multi-tasking Excellent inter-personal skills Ability to self-direct and self-manage
