Role Purpose

Execute Planning Island View Maintenance activities (including ME, Tankage & maintenance Projects)

Person must be fully conversant with the following: -

Microsoft Project, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Office Professional (All),  Primavera Versions 6 & 8.  Excel Microsoft Word  Microsoft PowerPoint  Microsoft Access (Data Base)

Key Accountabilities/Objectives:

To attend and contribute to the daily planning meetings, and the weekly 7 day look ahead meeting. Capture reasons for non-compliance to the plan and report Continually improving planning, scheduling, identifying bottle necks, data management and job reporting systems to increase planning effectiveness and efficiency Collaborate with Maintenance Services Lead and Area Engineer to schedule manpower and resources for the most effective production and maintenance outcomes Focal point and accountable for Tracking and Progressing Oracle works orders. Planner will update this every 2 week and get the service providers to present the necessary Progress Certificates “. Field checks will be done to verify this. To actively participate in the promotion of Health Safety and Environment through near miss reporting on CIS, and do weekly Safety walks To participate in HSE audits to ensure compliance with safety standards, especially housekeeping.
