As the FSP Clinical Data Team Lead, you will have a unique opportunity to lead a world-class team in the development and delivery of life-changing therapies. You will compete in clinical trials conducted in 100+ countries and collaborate on the development of novel frameworks for clinical research through our PPD clinical research portfolio. Your proven leadership skills will determine the success of our data team as we strive to implement flawless processes and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of clinical data professionalsDevelop and implement data collection and management strategiesEnsure data integrity and accuracy throughout the clinical trials processCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision makingOversee the design and implementation of data quality control measuresRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field years of experience in clinical data managementStrong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standardsProven ability to lead and motivate a teamExcellent communication and collaboration skills
