FSO Business Consulting – Business Design – Digital Strategy/Customer Excellence – Senior: This position could be located in NY, NC.

Job Duties:
Analyze information to help clients make business decision, embracing innovative solutions and new ways of transforming business that prioritize customer and employee satisfaction. Conduct studies, design systems and procedures, and recommend operational changes to assist clients in operating more efficiently and effectively. Make recommendations to clients through presentations and written reports, and confer with clients to ensure recommended changes are working effectively to improve their businesses. [AL1]
Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services focusing on more complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Learn about EY and its service lines and actively assess and present ways to apply knowledge and services. [AL2]
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Marketing, Engineering, Political Science or a related field and 2 years of related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Marketing, Engineering, Political Science or a related field and 1 year of related work experience. Must have 1 year [AL4] of experience at a financial services company or 1 year of comparable experience working as a consultant in a professional services firm delivering advisory services to financial services industry clients.
Must have 1 year of experience communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and/or Visio.
Must have 1 year of experience documenting clients’ issues and requirements, determining root causes, and developing improvement plans.
Must have 1 year of experience using strategy and management frameworks, including at least one of the following: Porters 5 Forces, Market Structure Analysis, Corporate Valuation, and/or Marketing Strategy.
Must have 1 year of experience guiding strategy formulation engagements/initiatives.
Must have 1 year of experience developing business strategies for transformational change initiatives related to growth, innovation, digital transformation, efficiency, corporate venturing, and/or risk management.
Must have 1 year of experience in applied analytics, strategic planning, investment portfolio planning, target operating models, product strategy, and product roadmaps.
Must have 1 year of experience advising clients on financial technology and disruptive innovation strategies.
Must have 1 years of experience with at least 3 of the following technical competencies:

**What we offer**
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $96,300 to $176,500. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $115,500 to $200,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
