You will lead FSA recovery projects from Field Review Committee (FRC) approval through agreement and payment from suppliers. Interfacing with Automotive Safety Office, FCSD, Supply Chain, STA, PD Engineering, GDIA, and Finance as well as support our Lifetime Warranty Team to support warranty recovery projects to agreement and payment from suppliers.
You will have…

What you'll do…
Coordination of cross functional, global teams to expedite recovery of costs from suppliers due to supplier responsible warranty and FSAs, decreasing time between initial identification of issue through to final settlementLead team through negotiations with suppliers for FSA and Warranty RecoveryArbitrate cross-functional conflicts and drive issue resolutionMonitor completion rates and proactively recommend additional outreachProactively identify and address roadblocks & efficiencies between cross functional teams and supply baseKeep leadership appraised of recovery project statusIdentify potential lessons-learned opportunities in support of improving future supplier recovery efficiency
