Key job responsibilities * Design and deliver mobile applications that serve our entire global workforce. About the team Within Amazonian Experience and Technology (AET), the A to Z Experiences team builds and maintains Amazon's primary employee platform across mobile and web. We own critical touchpoints including homepages, search functionality, and global navigation, serving a diverse workforce of 1.2M associates and 400K corporate employees. Our platform processes 3.9B annual interactions, making us essential to Amazonians' daily work lives - from managing schedules and pay to accessing benefits and career resources. Basic Qualifications - Experience (non-internship) in professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS - Experience in computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) - Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as angular and react Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
