Front Support Office - Client Lifecycle Specialist
Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Are you passionate about delivering best in class Client Experience? Do you enjoy identifying the most effective and efficient approaches for Wealth Management business? Are you good at constructively challenging business stakeholders around you? We’re looking for someone like that to:

• be responsible for client lifecycle maintenance of client information. This includes reviewing account documentation, maintaining client static data and ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• able to understand new regulatory requirements, translating them into operational procedures
• understand the processes; ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, standards and UBS policies
• think flexibly to propose new ideas and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services
• support remediation activities and ad-hoc tasks in relation to the integration of the operating platform
