Your opportunity
+ Front Office Services (FOS) is a pivotal part of the Investment Management COO Office, situated within the Investments team and positioned right at the forefront of action.
+ Collaborate directly with investment professionals, delving deep to identify and tackle challenges at their root, setting the stage for transformative solutions.
+ Serve as the driving force behind significant change initiatives, turning strategic solutions from the investment team or boarder organization into reality. This includes everything from developing compelling business cases, spearheading change efforts, supporting product launches and enhancing our technology landscape.
+ Champion the needs of the Front Office, ensuring seamless integration of requirements into program specifications and workflow designs through effective collaboration across departments and with outside vendors.
+ Design and engage in comprehensive testing and training programs, ensuring flawless execution and adoption of new initiatives.
+ Facilitate a smooth transition to new systems and processes with well thought out readiness and deployments plans, including stakeholder communication and support mechanism.
+ Act as a crucial link between Investment teams and project management, balancing investment insights with project execution needs to achieve strategic objectives.
+ Your role will influence not just your location operations but extends to our global offices, including interactions with team in UK, USA, and Asia.
+ Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Must have skills
+ Good experience and knowledge of the asset management business
+ Experience supporting Investment teams or similar Business Analyst experience in the Finance industry.
+ Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience working collaboratively across different teams and departments, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to understand complex issues and problems, distil into actionable components and identify pragmatic solutions providing out of the box thinking and perspectives.
Nice to have skills
+ Charles River OMS knowledge is preferable.
+ Experience producing cost benefit analysis.
+ Project management experience including Business Case Development
+ General understanding of the middle and back-office support of the investment management industry
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Project, JIRA, and Confluence
+ Experience writing business requirements or user stories
+ Experience working with large data sets
+ SQL knowledge
