Great office to work in with huge opportunities for growth! **Required Qualifications for the Front Office/Medical Records Representative** - 1+ years of recent medical front office experience required - High school diploma or GED required - Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen **Responsibilities of the Front Office/Medical Records Representative** - Greet and check-in patients - Collect registration form, patient identification, insurance information, and financial responsibility - Verify insurance - Answer phones - Handle appointment scheduling and re-scheduling - Schedule in-office procedures - Prep charts - Handle medical records - Other administrative duties as assigned **About the Company** This premier Arizona-based dermatology center provides quality patient care with cutting edge technology and expert medical staff.
