REQUIREMENTSMinimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Front Office Manager.Required Bachelor's degree or Master's degree for the relevant field.Proven ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Opera Strong working knowledge of computer systems. Basic bookkeeping and accounting skills of Departmental Budgeting. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time-management and organizational skills, ability to multitask effectively.
