The Night Audit Supervisor will be expected to support senior leadership with maintaining and enhancing the overall guest experience during the overnight shift. This position will be responsible for assisting with guest relations, responding to guest feedback, answering telephone calls, generating financial reports, providing administrative support, interacting with guests upon arrival, responding to guest concerns – pre, during, and post stay, coordinating completion of tasks and projects, communicating with other departments, conducting security inspections of the building, etc.

**Qualifications:**
**Qualifications - External**
+ A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
+ Refined verbal and written communication skills
+ Experience and thorough understanding of guest services
+ Previous experience in hotel guest services
+ Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
+ Knowledge and experience with Operations systems such as Opera, Colleague Advantage, Medallia, HOTSOS, HySat, etc.
+ Flexible schedule and able to work overnight shift
+ Must be able to support Hyatt's purpose by identifying opportunities to display authentic human care to guests and colleagues so they can be their best.
